Our mission is particular, but simple: use the best stuff possible. We believe the best ingredients come from artisan makers, butchers and farmers. We are committed to offering incredible, high quality products and curating remarkable flavor combinations on our boards.
Founded by Tessa Middour, The Cheesebelle grew from her love of food, entertaining and the belief that a shared table should be cherished. Tessa grew up in the kitchen. Looking into a seemingly "empty" fridge as a kid, her mom encouraged her to combine ingredients and hone flavor combinations. Since then, she's worked in restaurants, for big corporations and small start ups, but one constant has remained: there are few things she loves more than preparing and cooking food for the people she loves.
